We are offering a jammed packed summer program for Family Source Center qualified clients.

We are having a 4 week summer camp starting July 6-30th from 9-3 pm. All qualified FSC members will not have a cost to register their son/daughter. The summer camp is for students K-12 grades in person. Space is limited as our ratio will be one adult staff per 14 youth. We will have 4 college corner staff and two elementary program staff.

We are partnering with NFTE to provide 25 high school students the opportunity to learn entrepreneurship skills. The free virtual summer workshops are for 2 weeks from 9-12 pm Monday through Friday. Below is their mission from their site to learn more about their work, FSC clients preferred:

Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is a global educational nonprofit focused on bringing the power of entrepreneurship to youth in low-income communities. NFTE’s rigorous programs are taught by a highly trained Teacher Corps, and NFTE students are supported by a diverse Volunteer Corps drawn from the local community, including business leaders and entrepreneurs. Since its founding more than 30 years ago, NFTE has trained thousands of teachers and educated more than a million young people worldwide.

The last two weeks of entrepreneur workshops, high school students will be able to learn important life skills with us twice a week for 1 hour 1/2 twice a week and be able to meet special guest speakers.
